A big shout out to this team. Everyone was so helpful and inviting. Thank you so much for making the Herman family feel like family on our 10 day stay. We started this adventure six months ago and you kept us in the loop on our spaces that were available. Your team went out of their way to make sure we were all together. This is by far the best place around. Close to all Trails, ride the quads in town, plenty of places close to shop and eat. The resort owners at friendly, courtious and very helpful.
Love this place. wish they had more washers and dryers and better wifi. Great bathrooms/showers. They are very clean and roomy. There is so much to do in this area if your outdoorsy. I love the old Town and all of the shops.
A lot of good to mention, like showers and friendly staff. But, a bit cramped and disappointing we cant have a fire. I was warned and website made that clear. I realize CO is a bit paranoid about fires this year and for good reason. A community firepit area is a good comprise I have seen in other RV parks. IE Zane Gray in AZ.
Superior Customer Service: I made a reservation for 2 nights and 2 RVs, Unfortunately I had to cancel within 2 hours. I spoke with Cathy who was so understanding, kind, and professional. I will definitely come here to stay soon and appreciate the cooperation. Thank you Cathy!
